I love making lists. I always have. From to-do lists to pros/con lists, I've created lists for just about everything (...or so I thought). I was browsing through Instagram last Summer when I came across The 52 Lists Project by Moorea Seal. If you love lists or are looking for some journaling inspiration, you should probably keep reading this post!

The 52 Lists Project is a great way to connect with a community of listers all the while reflecting on your life. There are 52 listing prompts in total, one for every week of the year. The best part is, the "chapters" are broken into seasons. Following along with the current season is all the motivation I need sometimes to ensure I'm keeping up! Can you blame me though? Look how cute these pages are!

I know there are other themed journals out there such as The Five Minute Journal or the One Line A Day Memory Book that many of my friends use. I've never used either of those, so I can't really say much about how effective they are. But, I've linked them here anyways for those of you who may want to have a look.

What I love most about The 52 Lists Project (compared to any other themed journal) is how fast and easy it has been made to get thoughts out onto paper. The fact that I don't have to commit to journaling every day is also an added bonus. A list a week really does help, and gives me enough time to reflect and take action. Oh yes, the "Take Action" portion at the end of every list is an amazing way to implement your goals into your average week.

Yesterday, the Best and I worked on our lists as we sipped on some iced drinks at Starbucks. My current favourite drink is the Very Berry Hibiscus (with 3 shots of peach!!!!). Hers is an Iced Soy Chai Tea Latte. Finding a new favourite drink at Starbucks is always fun. Hopefully I've helped find one of yours.

I had to skip list 15. I just couldn't do it. With the lack of funds in my bank account, I knew filling this one out would only make me blue. I've decided to save this one for a later date. What are some of your dream trips? Leave them in the comments below, I'd love to know!

The TAKE ACTION section is the perfect addition at the end of every list. It really helps with the reflective practice. I don't need to leave YYZ to implement tiny little adventures into an average week of mine.

So, before I go... I wanted to share my top 5 lists I've filled out thus far.

1. List your goals and dreams for this year.
2. List your favourite charcters from books, movies, etc.
3. List all the people who brighten your day.
4. List the difficult moments in your past that have shaped you for the better.
5. List the people you most want to be like. <-- my momma, obvi.
